We ship all our goods from our shipping vendors from India, USA and UK. Our Shipping is charged on the basis of a percentage of the overall bill value and can be shipped globally at the standard rates.
All shipping charges directly to the overall invoice amount irrespective of the size or units in order.
All orders are delivered within 5-12 business days with the exception of some products in the regions we provide free Shipment to. Other worldwide region suppliers will take a delivery time duration of 15-21 business days depending on customer location.
Once the order is place, we take 1-3 days for order processing and when the shipment is shipped to the customer address(3-5 days) , we will also be sending you the shipment tracking details for your ease to track the movement of shipment with possible delivery details of the same.
For any delivery issues, or in the instance when a product is not successfully delivered within 31 days from date of order, we advice you to please write to us on mail at email@example.com with your Order ID and we will get back to you within 1-2 business day with all relevant details an issue resolution.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Terms: Currently we do not have a return policy for Clothing, Fashion, and Apparel of any kind. No refund will be accepted for issues of size and packaging. ONLY issues of Lack of delivery, wrong product as ordered or damaged product will be looked into. It is the choice of the company to either refund or send another product in the place of the earlier one. In this case, the customer can ask for a replacement or buy something else from the Vomode Store using the refund coupon code provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty, skincare, healthcare products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. As mentioned in our policy we do not provide a return facility in case of a fitting issue for swimwear, clothing, lingerie, apparel, and fashion. All other product flaws, lack of shipment, lack of delivery is catered to. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item on mail and we will refund or renew the item for zero cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In case you want an exchange, we can also on request send an item in place of the other one without any transaction done. No extra shipping cost or transaction cost will be incurred.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
